Silent Belonging
A quiet moment between two lovers, intimate, tangled, inseparable.
Her body curls into him like a confession. She leans in to whisper a secret only he deserves to hear.
The fragmented faces and intertwined limbs show how love can blur individuality, where one ends and the other begins.
Warm terracotta tones and open window, still, calm, hidden from the world.
This piece speaks of trust, tenderness, and how vulnerability becomes safety in the right embrace.

Secret Sonata
60X50 cm. Oil on canvas.
Still wearing his work suit, he doesn’t take off his shoes, doesn’t sit to rest.. he goes straight to the piano!.
The moment his fingers touch the keys, the world outside disappears.
He is no longer in a room.
He is inside the music.
His hands move so fast, so passionately, that the piano keys seem to swirl and bend beneath his touch. This is the magic of doing what you love .. when time freezes, when the noise of life becomes silent, and you are flying, weightless, in your own world.
This painting highlights something so sacred, the relationship we have with ourselves.
The moments of solitude that heal us.
The quiet joy that no one sees, but the heart deeply feels.
This is his secret sonata.
A love letter to the self.

(Exhibited at Florence Biennale 2025)
A chessboard becomes a battlefield. No blood is spilled, yet the red glow over the fallen king hints at an invisible violence, the pain of losing what cannot be undone in real life.
The man on the right: skin is warm, his posture is calm and controlled. He leans in quietly, with closed fingers, because victory doesn’t always scream! Calculated and contained, he already knows he has won.
The man on the left: skin grows pale drained of life, in panic and disbelief. His whole body is chaos. wide eyes, open mouth, unable to hide the shock of defeat.

Crimson Memory
40X30 cm. Oil on canvas.
An Italian home, warm, lived-in, timeless.
Laundry hangs on the balcony outside. The woman has just finished her morning chores and rewards herself with the most Italian moment of all “a small cup of espresso”.
She sits in silence, but the house is full of life..
Terracotta rooftops glowing in the background, patterned tiles, deep-colored curtains, a gramophone softly waiting to play an old love song.
On the wall, a simple wooden cross, a quiet symbol of tradition, family, and faith.

Before Herself
40X30 cm. Oil on canvas.
She sits before the mirror, but what she sees is not just her reflection .. it’s her other self.
One face turns confidently to the world, the other hides in the glass, softer, more vulnerable.
Bare feet, red dress, tilted neck, she is both performer and observer of her own life.
The black cat in the corner is like a silent witness.
This is a painting about identity, self-perception, and the distance between how we look and how we feel.

Fragmented Thoughts
80X50 cm. Acrylic on canvas.
A woman pauses in quiet reflection, her form gently broken into geometric shapes, like thoughts drifting in different directions. The warm reds behind her hint at an active inner world, while her relaxed pose shows peace in simply being present with her mind. It is not sadness, but a moment of stillness, where thoughts are allowed to wander freely.

Paradox
180X150 cm. Oil on canvas.
Available.
Paradox, a monumental painting, is an allegory of freedom within structure. Unfolded across a checkerboard grid, it presents life as a game of choices: every action has consequences, some lift us, others hold us back. The paradox is that even within order, we remain free to decide.
Each figure embodies a human struggle: greed, envy, ego, temptation, and resilience. Hidden serpents and angels symbolize the unseen forces that pull us toward despair or lift us toward redemption. At the center, a great eye watches over all, while a violinist plays for an elder, her music cutting through the chaos, symbolizing love and kindness.
Paradox is not a vision of despair but a reflection on choice: even in struggle, we remain free to become who we decide to be.

Flicker of Words

A quiet moment unfolds under the soft glow of candlelight. A woman reads, her thoughts dancing between the lines of the book and the warmth of her own imagination. A black cat curls at her side, sharing the stillness. The scene captures the simple magic of silence, where light, words and companionship gently meet.

The fisherman’s face shows pride as each fish tells a story of his hard work. His wife slightly behind him, symbolizes her endless support and the deep respect in their relationship.

Lads of The Old Pub
100X80 cm. Acrylic on canvas.
Available.
The man smoking in the foreground seems to be lost in thought, perhaps reflecting on life or simply enjoying a quiet moment in a familiar place. His relaxed posture and distant gaze suggest a sense of contentment, maybe even nostalgia, as he takes in the familiar sights and sounds around him.
There’s a calm, almost contemplative air about him, as if he finds peace in this routine—being in a place where he knows he belongs, watching life unfold around him, but not feeling the need to participate. It’s a moment of quiet reflection amid the lively atmosphere.
The interior of the pub itself, with its rich, dark wood and warm, dim lighting, creates a cozy and intimate atmosphere.
The two men at the bar, deep in conversation, add to this feeling of connection. The exaggerated figures and bold lines bring humor and charm, making the painting feel both playful and sentimental.
It's a snapshot of a timeless space where people gather, share stories, and enjoy life's simple moments.

Sunday Hues
60X50 cm. Acrylic on canvas.
Available.
In this vibrant, cozy scene, a warmth envelops you as if stepping into a cherished home filled with memories. The woman, draped in her bold red dress and yellow heels, sits comfortably in her chair, exuding a quiet confidence. Her casual pose and relaxed demeanor suggest a well-loved space where she finds comfort and peace. She’s lost in conversation, perhaps sharing a joyful story with a close friend or laughing about the day’s events.
By her side, her poodle stands eagerly, eyes fixed on the tennis ball in her hand, capturing that familiar, playful anticipation that only a loyal pet can bring. The dog’s energy contrasts beautifully with the woman’s calmness, adding a lively pulse to the room’s serene atmosphere. You can almost feel the love and companionship between them, a bond that turns simple moments into cherished ones.
The room itself is a tapestry of color and personality. The floral curtains, with their soft pink blooms, frame the scene with a sense of charm and warmth, while the large vase of vibrant flowers on the table radiates life and beauty. The vintage telephone and framed family photo add touches of nostalgia, grounding the scene in a sense of home and connection to loved ones.
Together, these details invite you to linger, to imagine the laughter, comfort, and love that fills this space. It’s a scene that celebrates the beauty of everyday life, where joy is found in shared moments, and home is a feeling that embraces you completely.

Twilight Musing
50X40 cm. Acrylic on canvas.
Available.
This painting exudes a quiet, bittersweet longing, capturing a fleeting moment on a warm summer night. The woman, illuminated by the gentle glow of her room, leans against the window, her gaze drifting down the empty street. There’s a calm stillness, yet an air of anticipation, as if she’s waiting for something—or someone—that fills her thoughts.
The night breeze stirs the curtains, and the silence of the darkened street below hints at lives winding down after a long day. Each passerby, on their way home, feels like part of a shared rhythm of yearning and hope. The warm light of her window contrasts with the shadows, a cozy sanctuary amid the city’s quiet slumber. It’s a scene of solitude but also connection, where the simplest details evoke the heart’s deepest desires, wrapped in the stillness of night.

Amidst Shadows
120X80 cm. Oil on canvas.
Available.
Amidst a barren and desolate forest, she finds her only sanctuary and shelter within a hollowed tree trunk, a fragile refuge from the harsh realities that surround her. Hiding from all the bloodthirsty ravens perching on tree stumps and soaring overhead sensing her presence.
To her left, her heart hangs, exposed and vulnerable, a weighty symbol of her emotional pain. To her right, her brain dangles, burdened and weary, signifying the torment of her thoughts. She feels bereft of her very essence, as if life has drained from her being. With no respite in sight, she finds herself totally stuck and trapped.
Within the depths of this haunting scenery, I tried to reflect in the painting upon the unseen struggles that lie within the human psyche and the fragility of the soul.
To all those who are silently battling their own demons, feeling that all the life has been sucked out of them, believe that there is always hope and light at the end of all dark tunnels no matter how long it may take.

Fragments of Grief

captures a solitary figure—a young girl seated on the cold ground (symbolise how low she feels), her thin garments clinging to her fragile frame. Her disheveled hair, unevenly cut, hangs in jagged strands, while the severed locks rest in her trembling hands and scatter across the floor. A pair of scissors lies discarded nearby, hinting at an impulsive act of sorrow. Knees and elbows are scraped, with small traces of blood marking her body’s quiet pain. The background is engulfed in deep black, emphasizing her isolation, as she gazes upward in despair, mourning the pieces of herself that have fallen away.

Soul Leak
80X50 cm. Mixed Media
This painting shows a quiet, still character. His eyes seem both distant and present. A mask covers part of his face which reflects how our sense of identity becomes unclear in today’s world of social media. The mask symbolizes the foggy mental state caused by spending too much time online—where real life and digital life blend and reality feels confusing.
Wires and a plug come out from where his heart should be. His heart is fully replaced by machinery. This powerful image shows that he is not just connected to the digital world—he depends on it to function. It keeps him going, but at the cost of losing real emotion. The painting reflects how constant online connection can lead to emotional numbness and a sense of disconnection from ourselves.
On each side of the figure are two ghost-like characters holding onto him. One has a speech bubble, the other a share symbol. They represent the never-ending flow of comments, opinions, and online engagement. These ghost figures are not just background—they’re active forces, always present, influencing his thoughts and emotions. They feel scary, yet familiar, showing how digital interaction can quietly take over our mental space. You can’t escape them—they’re everywhere, shaping how we feel and behave.
The figure is also tied with a rope shaped like a low battery wire, symbolizing the exhaustion and trap of modern digital life. The painting asks the viewer to reflect on how deeply social media and technology have affected our sense of self. It shows a character who is both present and absent, real and unreal—caught between two worlds, and unsure which one is truly home.

Their hurried movements are an intricate symphony, choreographed by the imminent arrival of guests for the grand soirée.
The interplay of light and shadow with a shaft of warm light spilling in from the open door leading to the festivity. This narrow beam of illumination reveals the silhouette of the guests beyond – their laughter and animated conversations, a stark contrast to the quiet intensity of the kitchen.

The painting blends vibrant colors and classical imagery, evoking a sense of abundance and celebration. The figures, bathed in warm golden light, seem to represent the bounty of nature, with one holding a glass of wine, another carrying grapes, and the third offering fruit. Their stylized, flowing forms and serene expressions suggest a connection to ancient myth or goddesses of harvest and fertility. The glowing sunset, cascading waterfalls, and grand architecture in the background add to the feeling of timeless beauty and abundance, making the scene both majestic and harmonious.

His soul kept whispering, inviting him to just take a close look inside, follow it’s mysterious signs and accept it’s madness.
It kept staring at him with it’s gazing wide eyes, very curious and surprised as if it could barley recognise him.
He got lost in his own soul’s eyes for hours and hours, and totally surrenderd to it’s appeal."
The viewer is looking inside at his/her own soul like someone looking from the door eye hole.
I chose a rooster to symbolise the viewer's soul because it's crowing to wake him up from his very long coma , and it's head is basically a large eye staring back at the viewer.
A very mysterious world inside full of fantasy. The viewer forgot everything about his inner world and life turned him into a very basic and ordinary person.

Hymns of Cairo
60X50 cm. Oil on canvas.
SOLD.
It’s late in the evening in Old Cairo, the lady in the painting is wearing a fez while playing on her Oud some oriental hymns. Standing on the top leaf of the Monestera beside her is a beautiful colourful bird singing with the music. The Fez came to Egypt in the 19th century and was worn only by men signifying power and status for the wearer. Believing in Women’s empowerment it felt right picturing a strong Egyptian woman in control and marching on her own drum beat! You could feel the late evening summer breeze by looking at the shades of blue.

Some people are like home, just their presence calms you even in the most critical times. The characters in the painting represents a couple or 2 close friends. One of them is upside down struggling, going through a tough time, the person lost control and balance over his/her life. The other one is stable with his/her heavy feet fixed to the ground and holding the other one tight with so much love and care preventing him to flip or fly away. Home is a shelter from storms. The blue is the shelter and home of the green one. The structure of the elements in the painting - including the red and white rectangles- forms a cross. Cross represents Salvation= Saving. The one in blue is saving the one in green. The one in blue has a bandage gown to represent that he is not a super hero or immune to pain and struggle, Although he might have his own pain and hurt, he is still there for the other one in complete devotion and self sacrifice refusing to let go.
